Black-tailed Godwit, Trinidad. Winter plumage bird. The race of this bird is uncertain, it is very far south for islandica, unlikely that limosa would cross the Atlantic and so even melanuroides could be a candidate, they have been seen in Alaska.
Asiatic Black-tailed Godwit melanuroides, Hongkong. Although furthest from Iceland, these birds are remarkably similar to islandica:
